Common questions
How do I take an aligned after photo?
Open the job, tap the template you used for the before photo, then tap "Take After Photo". The before photo appears as a semi-transparent overlay. Adjust the opacity slider until you can see both the live camera view and the before outline, then match the angle.
How do I export a before/after pair?
From a photo pair, tap Share. You can pick side-by-side or stacked, with or without your watermark.
How do I add my watermark?
Settings > Watermark. Upload your logo, set your business name, and it gets applied to every export automatically. (Pro and Founders' only.)
I lost a photo. Can I recover it?
AlignBefore v1.0 stores photos and jobs locally on your iPhone — there is no cloud account or server-side backup. If your device is lost or wiped, the app data goes with it. We strongly recommend turning on iCloud Photos and saving exports to your Photos library so Apple's own backup covers them. Cloud sync is on the roadmap for a future Team plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
When is Android available?
Not at launch. It is on the roadmap — email support@alignbefore.com if you want to be notified when an Android beta opens.
